Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by emailing info@wellnarra.com. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Change-of-mind returns are not offered, so please choose your items carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wellnarra.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wellnarra will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement — your choice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Where applicable, this will be noted on the product page.

Lost Packages

If your carrier confirms your package has been lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
