At Wellnarra, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't quite right, we'll make it easy to resolve. Read our policy below β€” and if you have questions, email us at info@wellnarra.com.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, our supplier begins preparing your items immediately. We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests within 24 hours of ordering, but because we've already incurred supplier costs at that point, a 20% restocking fee may apply. After 24 hours, orders move into shipping and cannot be cancelled β€” but our standard 30-day return guarantee applies once your order arrives.

30-Day Return Guarantee

If something doesn't feel right when it arrives, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible.

To start a return, email us at info@wellnarra.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a postage address within 24 hours.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement, repair, or full refund β€” your choice.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. For faulty or damaged items, Wellnarra covers return shipping.

Exclusions

The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pillows and bedding that have been used or removed from sealed packaging
  • Personal-care items such as sleep masks and earplugs
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
