We offer free shipping on every order across Australia β€” no minimum spend, no exceptions. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Wellnarra order to your door.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide, including:

  • All capital cities and metropolitan areas
  • Regional and remote postcodes
  • PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Free Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, regardless of cart value. No minimum spend required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–14 business days

These are estimates based on carrier guidelines and aren't guaranteed. Public holidays and peak periods (Christmas, EOFY) may add 1–3 days.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order is dispatched. You can also track any time at wellnarra.com/apps/trackyourorder.

Carriers

We ship via Australia Post and partner couriers (Aramex, CouriersPlease) depending on your location and order size.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us at info@wellnarra.com immediately β€” we can usually update before your order ships. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
  2. Check with neighbours or building management
