We offer free shipping on every order across Australia — no minimum spend, no exceptions. Here is everything you need to know about getting your Wellnarra order to your door.
Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses across Australia. Orders ship from our local warehouse network.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day are processed the same day. All other orders are processed the next business day. Processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Timeframes
Australia: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 6-9 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

We ship with Australia Post and trusted local delivery partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our Track Your Order page.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity, high demand periods, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate straight away.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@wellnarra.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
